The HR Coordinator will partner with leaders and employees to support business objectives through effective Human Resources strategies and initiatives. This role will have a strong focus on Employee Relations, HR Business Partner support for the Merchandiser team, culture, engagement, and organizational change , while contributing to key HR programs and projects.Partner with employees and leaders, providing guidance on HR processes, policies, employee relations, and people-related topics .Act as the HR Business Partner for the Merchandiser team , supporting labor relations, culture, engagement, and the implementation of new ways of working.Manage and address employee relations matters , identifying root causes and implementing appropriate solutions in partnership with leaders and HR.Support and lead HR initiatives related to Diversity & Inclusion, Training & Development, Wellbeing, Culture, Social Responsibility,



Communication.Partner with cross-functional teams and HR stakeholders to deliver people initiatives aligned with business priorities.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across HR programs and processes, enhancing the employee and manager experience.Analyze available people data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support informed HR decisions.Support HR administrative processes and ensure accurate and timely execution.Provide general support to the Senior HR Manager on HR priorities and projects.Digital proficiency, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint .Commercial Leadership TeamInternational HR TeamBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field .Fluent written and spoken English .3–4 years of professional experience in Human Resources.~ Experience in HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, Employee Relations, or similar roles .~ Experience working directly with employees and leaders in a business-facing HR role.~
