This role is key to delivering annual cost reduction results, improving manufacturing performance, and building a strong culture of operational excellence across the site.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the site’s continuous improvement and cost reduction project portfolio to support business and operational goalsCoach project leaders and cross-functional teams in the use of Lean, DMAIC, and other improvement methodologies to ensure successful project executionDevelop and deliver training, workshops, and guidance that strengthen continuous improvement capabilities across the plantAnalyze manufacturing cost drivers and create dashboards and Power BI reports to track, communicate, and accelerate performance improvementsExperiences/Education - Required Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in Lean Engineering, Data Analysis Engineering, Project Management Engineering,
