Finally, our Client is part of one the largest Insurance Groups in the world.We are seeking an Accounting Analyst I to support our Corporate Accounting and Accounts Payable operations. This role is ideal for an accounting professional early in their career who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a dynamic financial organization.The successful candidate will assist with financial reporting, account reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and accounts payable activities while collaborating with onshore teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.This position requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities- Prepare and post journal entries and monthly accruals.- Perform balance sheet and general ledger account reconciliations.- Analyze financial records and assist with financial reporting activities.- Support month-end close processes and variance analysis.- Prepare management, operational,
and regulatory reports.- Review and validate accounting impacts resulting from system or process changes.- Support supplier setup and maintenance activities.- Review invoices for compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.- Investigate and resolve payment-related issues.- Respond to supplier and employee inquiries related to invoices and payments.- Prepare operational metrics and reporting.- Participate in testing activities and special projects.- Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives.What We're Looking For- Curious and eager to learn.- Proactive and improvement-oriented.- Adaptable and open to change.- Strong collaborator and communicator.- Interested in building a long-term career and growing with the organization.RequirementsRequired- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.- 1-3 years of accounting or finance experience.- Experience with:- Journal Entries- Accruals- Account Reconciliations- Financial Reporting- Variance Analysis- - Advanced English communication skills.- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- High attention to detail and organizational skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred- Experience with SAP or SAP S/4HANA.- Exposure to Accounts Payable processes.- Experience supporting audits or testing activities.- Knowledge of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.- CPA certification or progress toward certification.- Cost Accounting exposure.BenefitsCompetitive compensation and benefits package:1.
