Senior Project Manager, Marketing Operations & Multimedia Delivery

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager, Marketing Operations & Multimedia Delivery to lead the operational delivery of multimedia marketing initiatives for a major enterprise client. This role requires strong project management expertise, operational leadership, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across creative, production, post-production, and agency partners.

Delivery Leadership: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of multimedia projects, ensuring milestones and timelines remain on track.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central point of collaboration between creative services, production, agencies, vendors, and business owners.
Capacity & Resource Management: Monitor team capacity, track resource utilization, and forecast demand.




Performance Analytics: Define and track KPIs such as throughput, production volumes, SLA performance, and efficiency metrics.
Quality Oversight: Ensure deliverables meet briefs, stakeholder expectations, and compliance standards.
7+ years of experience in project or program management .

~ English level: Proven success managing complex creative, marketing, or multimedia production programs.

~ Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
~ Experience with enterprise workflow platforms (Workfront, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar).
~ Ability to leverage AI tools for drafting, analysis, research, or process automation, and recommend effective AI use in workflows.
Experience in marketing operations, creative services, multimedia production, or agency operations .
Familiarity with business intelligence reporting and process improvement methodologies.

Knowledge of Lean or Agile delivery practices .
