DevOps Academy | Mid-Level (3+ Years of Experience)

We are looking for a DevOps professional who wants to strengthen their technical capabilities through a specialized DevOps Academy.

This 4-week intensive program is designed for professionals with solid foundations in DevOps, Cloud, Systems Administration, or Production Support who are eager to expand their expertise and work on enterprise-level projects.

The academy will be fully remote; however, upon successful completion of the program, selected candidates will be required to work in a hybrid model from the client's offices in Monterrey, Reciente León (2 days per week). We welcome candidates from anywhere in Mexico who are open to relocating to Monterrey upon receiving a job offer after completing the academy.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in roles such as DevOps Engineer, SysAdmin, Cloud Engineer, or Production Support

- Experience with DevOps practices and culture

- Knowledge of Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

- Experience with automation tools and scripting

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines

- Experience with Production Support

- Systems Administration (SysAdmin) background

- Advanced English level (B2 or higher, preferably C1–C2)

- Soft Skills:



Analytical thinking, logical reasoning, problem-solving, fast learning, teamwork, and results orientation.
