This role involves supporting the daily operations of your own travel agency while ensuring a seamless experience for clients.The idóneo candidate is a highly motivated individual with excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and effective communication abilities in both written and verbal interactions.ResponsibilitiesManage communications – Handle inbound calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.Schedule coordination – Arrange meetings based on availability across different teams and stakeholders.Organize resources – Maintain and optimize processes for document management and accessibility.Training and certifications – Provide accurate guidance to travelers regarding bookings and travel requirements.Policy communication – Inform clients and team members about new procedures, regulations,
