Project Description

The high-load platform, which serves mobile applications through BFF and microservice-based architecture, cloud infrastructure, and extensive third-party integrations. The team works on scalable, user-facing products for members and franchise operations, combining frontend engineering, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous product improvement.

What You'll Do

-

- Lead the architecture, design, development, and delivery activities of a cross-functional engineering team;

- Lead the integration of new technologies into existing web applications and digital products;

- Drive technical discussions and clearly communicate complex ideas, trade-offs, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;

- Partner closely with Product and Design teams to identify effective technical solutions for user and business needs;

- Collaborate with Data, Security, Infrastructure, and Tech Operations teams to support smooth delivery from idea to production;

- Make and justify architectural decisions, including evaluation of different approaches and their pros and cons;

- Contribute hands-on to discovery, implementation, troubleshooting, and technical decision-making;

- Proactively identify risks,



challenges, and ambiguities, and communicate them with proposed solutions;

- Participate in and lead spikes, POCs, and technical investigations;

- Support team growth through technical leadership and direct people management where applicable;

- Set and maintain high standards for engineering quality, delivery efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Requirements

-

- 5+ years of experience working as frontend developer;

- Strong experience with React and the modern React ecosystem;

- Strong experience with TypeScript;

- Understanding of distributed systems and modern and event-driven architectures;

- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms;

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain, justify, and discuss technical decisions;

- English level: B2 or higher;

Nice To Have

- Experience with Remix or willingness to work with it;

- Java experience or readiness to work with Java-based backend services;
