This is an opportunity to join U-Studio, OLIVER’s award-winning in-house agency for Unilever, b ased in Mexico City with a hybrid working arrangement, You'll be the person who makes social-first creative happen. Behind every piece of content that lands on Dove's social channels, there's planning, scheduling, coordination, and problem-solving, and that's where you come in. Working across always-on content, reactive cultural moments, creator collaborations, and campaign launches, you'll manage the full production lifecycle for social content at a pace that matches the platforms themselves.

WHAT YOU'LL DO




- Lead end-to-end project management for Dove's social-first content and campaigns, from brief intake through to delivery and publish
- Plan and manage fast-turnaround production workflows for short-form video, static, motion, and interactive social content
- Coordinate with content creators, influencer partners, and talent to ensure smooth production schedules, clear deliverables, and timely asset delivery
- Partner with social media managers to align content calendars, publishing schedules, and reactive opportunities with production capacity
- Manage day-to-day communication with the Dove brand team, keeping stakeholders informed, approvals on track, and feedback loops tight
- Build and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and budgets across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Establish and refine production processes tailored to social speed, including templates, workflows, and toolkits that help the team move quickly without sacrificing
