CommScope is looking to add a Manager Senior, Facility to join our team in Juarez City.
How You'll Help Us Connect The World
Manage the activities of the departments under their responsibility to ensure the proper operation of equipment and facilities,



ensuring maximum production quantity and quality by providing technical support while supporting the company's policies, goals, and objectives. In addition, develop and implement maintenance systems associated with the high performance of the plant organization (Preventive Maintenance, TPM, etc.). Apply engineering techniques to all matters related to building facilities, machinery, and the daily requirements of production areas, in accordance with company direction. Ensure proper planning of work and spare parts to maximize continuity of building and machinery operations, resulting in minimum downtime and optimized operating costs.
Education And Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical).
- Experience: 5 to 7 years of demonstrated experience in the management and maintenance of manufacturing facilities.
- Multi-site experience.
