As an Accounts Payable Representative, you will be a key player in building and maintaining relationships between our vendors and various departments within Bison.
Specific Responsibilities
- Setting up new vendor in Great Plains
- Requesting banking information
- Verifying banking information
- Requesting notice of assignment
- Closing PO’s
- Integrations
- Other duties as assigned

Adecuado Candidate
- Advanced command of the English language with strong written and oral communication skills




- Experience in Accounts Payable is considered to be an asset
- Detail oriented with a passion for working with numbers and data entry
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to changing environments
- Ability to work in both a team environment and individually
- PC skills – Windows, MS Office Suite, Excel, Great Plains accounting software
- Experience with Great Plains considered to be an asset
