Role Purpose

What is your role?

As a Financial Analyst, you will support the plant’s financial processes by helping ensure accurate reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and strong internal controls. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to analyze expenses, support closing activities, prepare reconciliations, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Support monthly and periodic closing activities, including journal entries, variance analysis,



and general ledger accuracy
- Prepare account reconciliations, financial reports, and quarterly reporting packages in a timely and accurate manner
- Help maintain compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, GAAP principles, and company policies
- Partner with Finance, Operations, and Engineering to support cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives

Experiences/Education - Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
- Basic knowledge of US GAAP and financial controls
- Experience with SAP, as well as strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with different stakeholders, including plant leadership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in manufacturing and/or cost accounting is preferred
