Responsibilities

Program and Customer Support
- Support the execution of automotive programs in alignment with program milestones, customer expectations, and business objectives.
- Contribute to risk assessment, mitigation planning, escalation processes,



and overall program coordination as part of the Program Core Team.
- Coordinate with customers and internal cross‑functional teams to resolve technical, commercial, quality, and timing‑related issues.
- Participate in engineering change management activities, including feasibility reviews and impact analysis related to cost, timing, tooling, pricing, and implementation.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure compliance with customer‑specific requirements, contractual obligations, and internal processes.

Sales and Business Development Support
- Serve as the technical and commercial interface with customers, supporting meetings, negotiations, program reviews, and day‑to‑day communication with Purchasing, Engineering, and Program teams.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to support long‑term business growth and collaboration.
