This is a hands-on engineering leadership role focused on building and scaling AI-enabled products and modern software platforms.
You’ll lead a team of senior engineers while remaining deeply involved in architecture, technical decisions, and complex implementation challenges.
The role combines people leadership, product partnership, and technical execution in a remote-first, globally distributed environment.
You’ll help drive the adoption of AI-assisted and agentic development practices to improve productivity, quality, testing, and delivery speed.
Working across frontend, backend, data, cloud, and AI systems, you’ll shape scalable solutions while balancing performance, maintainability, cost, and speed.
You’ll also influence engineering culture, delivery practices, reliability, security, and modernization initiatives.

Accountabilities
Lead and mentor a team of senior software engineers, fostering ownership, accountability, collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
Partner with Product, Design, Operations, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and high-impact product outcomes.
Influence product direction by challenging assumptions, advocating for user-focused decisions, and helping teams prioritize meaningful outcomes.
Design, review, and evolve scalable architectures while breaking complex initiatives into actionable technical plans.
Drive the adoption of AI-assisted and agentic development workflows to improve engineering productivity, code quality, testing, and delivery.
