Managing factory layouts
Providing all necessary production means, machinery, tools, raks, etc.; defining production balances and the best use of resources
Working with R&D; to define the best solutions for new products
Managing production start‑ups, following training, testing, and start‑up
Determining product processing cycles
Planning, managing, and monitoring implementation projects, controlling time and costs
Requirements
5 years of experience in a similar position
Knowledge of Lean/TOC methodologies
SAP knowledge
Experience with sheet metal, painting, foaming, and assembly processes
Advanced English proficiency
