If you've built lasting client relationships, consistently generated new business, and enjoy managing the full recruitment lifecycle, we'd like to meet you. Drive business development through networking, referrals, and consultative sales. Partner with senior executives and hiring managers to deliver strategic talent solutions. Collaborate with Antal's global network across more than 35 countries to identify international business opportunities. 3+ years of success in 360 Recruitment, Executive Search, or Professional Staffing. ~ An active client portfolio or established professional network (highly preferred).



~ Experience managing mid-to-senior level recruitment assignments. ~ Advanced English.
