Role: Providing outpatient physical therapy services in a hospital-based setting, focusing on evaluating, treating, and restoring patient mobility, reducing pain, and preventing disability.
Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Deliver therapeutic interventions and monitor progress
Educate patients and families about recovery goals
Document treatments and outcomes accurately
Collaborate with healthcare teams and ensure compliance with standards
Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctorate, or Certificate in Physical Therapy
Current state licensure in Physical Therapy
Current BCLS (AHA) certification
Excellent communication and patient care skills
