As an Accounts Payable Representative, you will be a key player in building and maintaining relationships between our vendors and various departments within Bison.
Specific Responsibilities Setting up new vendor in Great Plains
Requesting banking information
Verifying banking information
Requesting notice of assignment
Closing PO’s
Integrations
Other duties as assigned
Idóneo Candidate Advanced command of the English language with strong written and oral communication skills
Experience in Accounts Payable is considered to be an asset
Detail oriented with a passion for working with numbers and data entry
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to changing environments
Ability to work in both a team environment and individually
PC skills – Windows, MS Office Suite, Excel, Great Plains accounting software
Experience with Great Plains considered to be an asset
