Key Responsibilities – Validation Specialist Jr

Review and validate candidate information and documentation required for the hiring process.

Capture and accurately maintain candidate information in the systems and databases used for hiring.

Conduct required OFAC and other compliance-related checks according to company and client requirements.

Verify candidate information against established hiring criteria and identify discrepancies or inconsistencies.

Follow up on missing, incorrect, or incomplete information required to proceed with hiring.

Ensure all validation requirements are completed within the established hiring timelines.

Coordinate with Recruitment Leadership and other internal teams regarding candidates with pending or incomplete validations.

Maintain accurate records of validation results and ensure proper documentation of each case.





Identify and escape cases that require additional review or approval.

Manage a high volume of candidate validations while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Follow established confidentiality, data protection, and compliance procedures when handling candidate information.

Provide timely status updates on pending validations and support the team in meeting hiring and onboarding deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree (desirable) in economic-administrative areas.

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a data analyst or data entry.

Office 70% (advanced Excel: cross-checks, formulas, data validation and analysis)

Knowledge in capturing data and government tools (SAT, IMSS, etc.)

WE OFFER:

Base Salary $11,800.00 (NET) per month + Bonus: 10% of your monthly salary

Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
