responsibilities include:

• implement and execute assigned initiatives such as specific marketing events; coordinate formica studio agenda: in collaboration with sales, set the tour visit sessions.

• implement and execute merchandising initiatives with key customers, based on the marketing plan. Set metrics and tracking. Execute improvements as needed.

• collaborate with north america marketing team members, according to the projects assigned (regional collateral & content, such as video campaigns, translations, etc.).

• support marketing campaigns and product introductions into mexican market.

• other duties as assigned

requirements:

- bachelor’s degree in marketing, management or any relevant field




- ~4 years of proven experience in marketing or commercial areas
- ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- problem-solving, analytic, results & action-oriented, teamwork player
- proven analysis, tracking and follow-up skills
- demonstrate initiative and adaptability
- advanced written and spoken english & spanish
- proficiency with microsoft office applications
- available to work either at the formica facilities and/or formica studio and/or remote
- available for traveling across domestic market, for trade activities including customer visits
- passion for design and curiosity.
- (eventually) travel to formica north america headquarters in cincinnati, oh, usa
