what you'll do

- develop new business opportunities and expand your client portfolio.
- build long-term relationships with senior decision-makers.
- identify hiring opportunities through networking, referrals, and consultative selling.
- manage executive search assignments from business development through successful placement.
- collaborate with antal's international network to support cross-border opportunities.
- become a trusted talent advisor for your clients.

we're looking for professionals who have:

- a strong track record in business development within recruitment or executive search.
- experience opening new accounts and growing existing client relationships.
- the ability to generate their own pipeline and consistently convert opportunities into recruitment projects.




- an established professional network or active client portfolio (highly preferred ).
- experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- advanced english.
