about the role

we’re hiring | junior accounts payable analyst / junior accountant

are you an accounts payable or finance professional looking for your next opportunity? We’re looking for a junior ap professional to join a dynamic team supporting americas operations.

what you’ll do:

• support accounts payable and p2p processes

• manage invoices, vendor interactions, payments and reconciliations

• support escalations and resolve transaction-related issues

• participate in process improvement initiatives

• analyze ap data, trends and performance metrics

• support financial controls, compliance and month-end close activities

• collaborate with finance, procurement and other stakeholders

what we’re looking for:





• bachelor’s degree completed in accounting, finance, business or related field

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or accounting operations

• experience with invoices, vendors, payments and reconciliations

• intermediate to advanced excel skills

• understanding of financial controls and accounting principles

• advanced english – c1 level, written and verbal

• experience in p2p / shared services is a plus

• oracle cloud ap, power bi or tableau are desirable

work model: hybrid (no fully remote option)
