about the role

we are a u.s.-based company seeking a motivated customer experience - sales support professional to join our growing team. This role is idóneo for individuals with experience in sales and/or customer service who are confident communicators, enjoy connecting with people, and can manage leads efficiently.

while the position includes some customer service tasks, this is primarily a sales-forward role, perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships and driving results.

this is a 100% remote position , open exclusively to candidates residing full-time in mexico.

key responsibilities

- reach out to leads through cold calls and emails to start conversations
- conduct calls and virtual meetings to present and promote our products/services
- build strong rapport with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions
- negotiate pricing and terms to close mutually beneficial deals
- maintain consistent follow-up and communication to ensure client satisfaction
- learn and stay up to date on all product details in our catalog
- track leads, opportunities, and activities using our crm system
- collaborate closely with the sales team to meet goals




- work independently with strong initiative and sound judgment

what we’re looking for

- advanced english (spoken, written, and listening)
- minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a hybrid role
- strong computer and system navigation skills (crm experience preferred)
- ability to multitask effectively
- positive and professional communication style
- fast typing skills
- self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently

nice-to-have (not required)

- experience with outbound calls
- prior experience supporting u.s. customers
- goal-driven mindset or sales training background
