- experience supporting change management for erp or technology-enabled business transformation programs – from design through to implementation and review
- ability to design and execute role definitions, process designs, security authorization mappings, stakeholder management assessments, benefits cases, and communications strategies and deliverables
- experience in identifying, analyzing, and communicating changes to work, process, personnel, and technology in a manner that facilitates smooth organizational transition to the new future state
- proven experience delivering significant business benefits during successful sap implementations




- outstanding consulting and analytical skills
- a minimum of 5 years internal or external business consulting experience
- the ability to work at all levels within organizations
- post-graduate business degree or equivalent experience
