Asia Pulp & Paper (APP), one of the world’s largest integrated paper groups, with over 100,000 employees delivering products to more than 150 countries, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our Tissue Parent roll business across Mexico.

This is a B2B independent contractor opportunity based in Mexico. The successful candidate will operate as an independent contractor rather than as a direct employee of APP.

This is a high-impact senior commercial field role with no people management responsibility. We are looking for a true hunter- someone who is proactive in identifying and winning new customers, opening new markets, expanding market share, building strategic customer relationships, and driving volume growth across out tissue jumbo roll portfolio.

You will represent a integral industry leader committed to sustainability, operational excellence, and continuous innovation.

? Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute the sales strategy for Mexico to grow market share and business volume.
New Business Development: Proactively identify, target, and win new customers and business opportunities across the Mexican market.
Customer Relationships: Build and develop strong, long-term partnerships with tissue converters, distributors, brand owners, and other relevant customers.
Market Development: Identify emerging opportunities, develop new accounts, and expand APP’s presence across established and developing market segments.
Market Intelligence: Monitor market activity, customer needs, pricing dynamics, and market trends to identify opportunities and support commercial decision-making.

✅ What You Bring
Experience: at least 5–7 years in commercial or sales experience within the tissue, paper, or FMCG sectors.

Tissue experience is highly valid, but not essential.
