We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Technical Program / Delivery Manager who can operate as the primary onsite point of contact between the client, business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and offshore delivery teams.
This is not a traditional PMO role focused only on status reports and meeting coordination.
We need someone who can understand the client’s business problem, translate it into an executable delivery strategy, anticipate risks before they become escalations, and confidently recommend Plan A, Plan B, and Plan C when delivery is challenged.
What You Will Own
Act as the primary onsite client-facing Delivery / Program Manager
Manage complex Retail, eCommerce, B2B and/or B2C technology programs
Own project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, budgets, and delivery commitments




Build and manage integrated project plans, including critical path analysis
Coordinate onsite and offshore/integral delivery teams across multiple time zones
Lead Development, QA, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Data, Product, Business, Operations, and external vendors
Drive projects from discovery and estimation through development, QA/UAT, production release, go-live, hypercare, and stabilization
Manage RAID, change control, decision logs, escalation paths, and executive governance
Resolve delivery conflicts between vendors and technical teams
Handle complex client escalations and develop recovery plans before issues reach executive leadership
Present realistic delivery options based on time, cost, scope, risk, quality, and business impact
Manage Go/No-Go decisions and production readiness
Identify additional client pain points and opportunities where the delivery organization can add value and expand the en
