Responsibilities

As Talent Acq Sr Representativeyour responsibilities would consist of
- Strategic Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
- Execute advanced sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates for leadership roles (LG1–LG3).
- Utilize sourcing tools such as Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other relevant platforms.
- Build and maintain leadership talent communities for critical positions.
- Conduct talent market research, analyzing trends, talent availability, and competitor landscapes.
- Generate talent maps and provide insights to recruiters and hiring managers.
- Deliver diverse slates of candidates for leadership roles (LG1-LG3) searches.
