About the Role Our websites are primary revenue engines for lead
generation. This role exists to centralize ownership of conversion
rate optimization and create a structured, repeatable approach to
improving how visitors convert into qualified prospects. Today, CRO




efforts are spread across marketing, design, and development. We
want to bring that function under one owner who can establish
strategy, prioritize experimentation, and drive measurable business
results across the Comrade Digital Marketing and Grow Law brands.
What You'll Own Conversion optimization across Comrade Digital
Marketing and Grow Law websites CRO and UX audits across key
landing pages and funnel stages A structured experimentation and
A/B testing roadmap Funnel and user journey optimization Lead
quality and conversion efficiency improvements Cross-functional
implementation of UX recommendations with marketing, design, and
development teams Key Responsibilities Own and improve website
conversion performance across internal digital properties Develop
and execute a structured CRO and experimentation roadmap Launch,
