Learn more about us: About the Role We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team. This role is adecuado for someone with advanced accounting expertise, proven leadership in reviewing and guiding accounting work, and deep hands-on QuickBooks Online experience. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in managing client books, delivering financial reports, and supporting the broader accounting team. Experience supporting law firms, professional services businesses, or personal injury practices is highly preferred.



What You'll Be Doing Maintain and manage client books in QuickBooks Online Review QuickBooks files for accurate coding, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and transaction completeness Perform accounting clean-ups and catch-up work for clients with incomplete records Classify transactions and complete monthly reconciliations for bank, credit card, and liability accounts Tie out payroll liabilities and payroll-related expenses Prepare monthly financial statement packages including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss reports Deliver financial reports to clients and explain key results Conduct regular client check-in meetings to review financial performance and answer questions Complete year-end workpapers and prepare adjusting journal entries Team Support & Review Review work prepared by accountants and bookkeepers to ensure accuracy and consistency Provide feedback and guidance to team members Client
