The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations for a high-growth US company. This is a hands-on accounting leadership role responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the regional books, the close process, financial reporting, reconciliations, and coordination with local accounting, tax, payroll, and external advisory partners.
You will work closely with US-based finance leadership while managing accounting requirements across multiple countries, currencies, entities, and local reporting environments.
The ideal candidate brings strong accounting fundamentals, experience working across international entities,
and the ability to manage regional accounting operations while maintaining consistent standards across markets.
What You'll Do
- Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close across LATAM and Philippines entities
- Own the regional general ledger and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Manage balance sheet reconciliations across cash, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, prepaids, accruals, fixed assets, and intercompany accounts
- Oversee intercompany transactions, eliminations, foreign currency remeasurement, and multi-entity consolidation
- Ensure accounting practices comply with applicable local requirements and company accounting policies
- Coordinate local statutory accounting, tax filings, payroll accounting, and other regulatory requirements with external advisors and loca
