Requirements:
-Completed Bachelor's Degree — any field of study is welcome
-Título y cédula competente required
-English level B2+
-At least 1 year of experience in a Healthcare Contact Center, including experience in areas such as:
- Health Insurance
- Collections
- Appointment Scheduling
- Customer Service
- Other healthcare-related processes

Monthly salary: $19,500 – $20,000 MXN, depending on experience.
