About Role

Support the Finance Director in the company’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and business performance management processes.

The position is responsible for preparing the annual budget, monitoring budget execution, updating rolling forecasts, analyzing monthly operating and financial performance, and providing management with clear and actionable financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the annual budgeting process, including revenue, production volume, manufacturing costs, operating expenses, capital expenditure, working capital and cash flow.
- Work closely with Sales, Production, Procurement, Supply Chain, Human Resources and other departments to collect, validate, challenge and consolidate budget and forecast assumptions.
- Prepare monthly actual-versus-budget, presente-versus-forecast and year-over-year performance analyses, and explain the main operational and financial drivers behind significant variances.
- Prepare monthly management reports,



dashboards and business performance presentations for the Finance Director and senior management.
- Update rolling forecasts for the income statement, cash flow, working capital and capital expenditure, and communicate material changes in assumptions.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities that may affect the achievement of the annual budget and forecast, and recommend appropriate actions.
- Monitor departmental budget execution and follow up with budget owners on significant variances, cost-control initiatives and corrective actions.
- Analyze product, customer, business unit and project profitability, including relevant trends in sales, margins and manufacturing costs.
- Prepare financial models, scenario analyses, sensitivity analyses and investment evaluations to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Improve and automate budgeting, forecasting and management reporting processes using Excel, SAP, Power BI or other analytical tools.
