Hi We are currently looking Human Resources Manager for a Global Industrial Company

Location: Monterrey, Mexico

Reports to: Executive Leadership (CEO / CFO)

Supervises: HR & Payroll team

Role Mission
Lead and coordinate HR policies and procedures to support business strategy, foster a healthy organizational culture, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Define HR strategy aligned with corporate goals and KPIs.
- Oversee recruitment, training, labor relations, payroll, and compensation.
- Manage collective bargaining negotiations and maintain strong labor relations.
- Ensure fair, competitive compensation structures and benefits.
- Partner with regional leaders to adapt corporate guidelines to local needs.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology,



or related field.
- Minimum 7 years
of HR leadership experience.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong expertise in labor relations, compensation, and organizational development
.
- Skilled negotiator with effective leadership and communication abilities.
