About the Role

We're hiring an Account & Delivery Manager to serve as the primary day-to-day liaison between our customers, our technical delivery team, and company leadership.

This is a highly customer-facing role combining relationship management, project coordination, and requirements gathering. You'll develop a strong understanding of each customer's business objectives, capture their requirements, coordinate ongoing delivery, and communicate with technical resources — helping identify where Neticca can provide additional support.

This is not a technical engineering position, but prior experience working with technology, data, IT, software, or technical implementations is strongly preferred.

Core Responsibilities





· Act as a consistent, professional point of contact for customers, leading or participating in recurring customer meetings and project discussions.

· Build strong working relationships with customer stakeholders and communicate project progress, dependencies, and next steps.

· Listen for new requirements and business needs, ask effective follow-up questions, and document them clearly for leadership and the technical team.

· Maintain visibility into project milestones, deliverables, and open items; track action items and escalate risks or blockers when needed.

· Coordinate communication between customers and technical resources, ensuring nothing gets lost between meetings.

· Identify potential new opportunities during customer conversations and bring them to company leadership for scoping.
