About the Role
We are looking for a recruiter who can help us hire strong talent in Guadalajara and surrounding areas. This person will be responsible for sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews,



organizing the hiring pipeline, and helping us move quickly with qualified applicants.
This role requires strong English communication skills because many of the positions we hire for require English-speaking candidates who will work with our U.S.-based team.
We need someone who can identify real talent, spot red flags early, and help us avoid wasting time with unqualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates in Guadalajara through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and local recruiting channels
- Post and manage job ads across LinkedIn and other hiring platforms
- Review resumes and filter candidates based on role requirements
- Conduct initial screening interviews in English
- Evaluate candidates for English level, professionalism, work experience, and role fit
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Keep candidate pipelines organized and updated
- Send interview invites, follow-ups, rejecti
