Position Details
- Pay: Starting at $49.00–$50.00 per hour
- Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available
- Location: San Bruno, CA
- Setting: Skilled Nursing / Geriatric Rehabilitation
- Team: In-house rehabilitation

What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Help residents improve independence with activities of daily living (ADLs) and functional mobility.
- Implement individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals.




- Provide therapeutic interventions designed to improve strength, coordination, function, and independence.
- Monitor and document resident progress and communicate changes to the supervising therapist and care team.
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other interdisciplinary team members to support resident-centered care.
- Encourage residents throughout the rehabilitation process and promote dignity, safety, and quality of life.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with applicable requirements and facility policies.
