- Partner closely with manufacturing and operations teams to achieve safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and cost objectives.
- Plan, develop, and lead continuous improvement projects focused on welding, heat treatment, surface finishing, and material flow.
- Ensure fabrication processes comply with engineering standards, material specifications, and quality and environmental management systems.
- Analyze process deviations, identify root causes, and implement sustainable technical solutions supported by clear documentation.
- Lead lean initiatives to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and lower manufacturing costs using structured improvement methodologies.
- Communicate project status, risks, and results to cross‑functional stakeholders, fostering transparency and shared accountability.
