Liderar y supervisar las actividades de mantenimiento correctivo, preventivo y predictivo en los equipos de maquinado CNC, automatización industrial y robótica, asegurando la ejecución efectiva de la estrategia de mantenimiento, el cumplimiento de los indicadores de confiabilidad, seguridad y productividad, así como el desarrollo técnico del personal bajo su responsabilidad.

Lo que Harás

Liderazgo Técnico y Desarrollo de Personal

Supervisar, coordinar y desarrollar al equipo de técnicos de mantenimiento, proporcionando dirección técnica durante eventos críticos, fallas complejas y paros no programados.

Aplicar conocimientos en PLC Siemens, robótica industrial, equipos CNC y sistemas electromecánicos para orientar la solución de problemas, fortalecer las capacidades técnicas del equipo y asegurar la correcta ejecución de los trabajos de mantenimiento.
