We provide consulting services to help our clients achieve a higher level of service in operational efficiency and business value. As a Senior Manager, you are expected to contribute to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways, including:

Engagement Management: Lead engagement planning and budgeting; define deliverable structure and content; direct on-time, quality delivery of work products; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.




Lead Mexico Practice Operations : Own the operating rhythm for the Mexico Digital Foundry and Operate practice.
Serve as a senior contributor to RFPs, proposals, and pursuit activities.
Establish Practice-Level Governance : Design and operate governance forums for the Mexico practice.
Drive Project-Level Quality and Client Satisfaction : Provide oversight of delivery quality across the Mexico Digital Foundry and Operate portfolio.
Translate Mexico and ADMX strategic priorities into practical initiatives, milestones, owners, and performance measures.
The Digital Foundry & Operate Senior Manager will lead the operational performance, growth enablement, delivery quality, and strategic execution of the Digital Foundry and Operate practice in Mexico. This role will manage staffing and capacity planning, optimize bench deployment, generate demand within the ADMX practice, support RFPs and pursuits
