We are looking for a Head of Data Science to lead the evolution of our Data Science strategy and turn data into a true competitive advantage for the business.
As our Head of Data Science , you will build and lead the Data Science function, define its strategy and capabilities, and ensure that data science, machine learning, and AI initiatives deliver measurable business impact.
You will work closely with Product, Technology, Risk, Finance, and Business teams , influencing strategic decisions and helping take our data capabilities to the next level.
Define and execute the Data Science strategy aligned with business objectives.
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Data Science team.
Identify opportunities where Data Science,



Machine Learning, and AI can generate meaningful business impact.
Establish best practices for model development, validation, monitoring, and governance.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Business teams to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.
Turn complex technical analysis into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership .
Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, continuous learning, and high performance.
Ensure the scalability, quality, and reliability of Data Science solutions.
Proven experience leading Data Science / Machine Learning teams or functions .
Experience building or transforming Data Science capabilities in a high-growth or technology-driven environment.
Strong technical expertise in Python and SQL , with hands-on experience in Machine Learning.
Strong experience working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.
