We are looking for a Customer Success Representative to support customers across Mexico and South America , serving as the primary point of contact throughout the order lifecycle—from order entry to successful delivery.
Manage customer orders with high accuracy while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Coordinate closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Inventory Planning to ensure on-time fulfillment.
Provide product information, pricing support and order status updates.
Resolve customer inquiries, delivery issues and billing-related questions.
Monitor inventory availability and proactively communicate supply updates.




Maintain accurate customer and order information within SAP .
Support the sales team by identifying opportunities and contributing to pipeline generation (no hunting or quota-carrying responsibilities).
Ensure service excellence while meeting established response-time KPIs.
Maintaining 99% data entry accuracy .
Delivering an outstanding customer experience across every interaction.
3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Order Management, Inside Sales Support or Sales Operations within a B2B manufacturing or industrial environment .
~ Hands-on experience using SAP ERP (required).
~ Experience with Microsoft CRM or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
~ Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory coordination and customer order processes.
~ Advanced English (written and spoken) is required, as you will collaborate with regional and international stakeholders.
