Job Description
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned to support overall business transition and separation execution: -
- Leads or leverages cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for key business processes
- - specifically the transition of our Indirect Channel contracts and Commercial readiness
- - Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
- - Brokers the vigente contractual revisions of distributor partners to take on new regulatory, compliance, and trade obligations in collaboration with MDT indirect channel team members.
- - Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
- - Monitors the project from initiation through delivery. - Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
- - Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
- - Exposure to indirect / dealer / distributor channel sales is of significant benefit.
