We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Software Engineer Senior Member of Technical Staff (SMTS) with a strong focus on integration development to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and robust applications that support our sales operations and enhance our customer-facing platforms. While experience with the Salesforce platform is a plus,



a proven track record in fullstack and integration development with expertise in modern web technologies is paramount. You will be expected to lead by example, mentor junior engineers, and contribute significantly to architectural decisions and best practices.
Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and secure fullstack applications.
Onboarding new customers by integrating their data sources with internal platforms.
Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other engineering teams to define requirements, scope projects, and deliver innovative solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code across the entire stack, including front-end, back-end, and database layers.
Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing preventative measures.
