This job profile is intended for People Managers of more senior expert-level employees (P20–P40, M20).
Establish a high-performance maintenance culture focused on safety, reliability, continuous improvement, and accountability. Define departmental objectives, KPIs, staffing plans, and training programs. Manage departmental budgets, capital expenditures, and maintenance expenditures. Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies. Manage spare parts inventory and critical asset strategies. Oversee maintenance of medium-voltage and low-voltage electrical distribution systems. Ensure proper maintenance of transformers, switchgear, substations, generators, and power quality equipment. Develop electrical safety programs including lockout/tagout (LOTO), arc-flash protection, and energized work controls.



Coordinate electrical system upgrades and power reliability initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering. English Experience: Minimum 8 years of progressive maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Minimum 4 years in a maintenance leadership or management role.
