At Antal International Mexico , we're expanding our team and looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant with a strong commercial mindset and a proven ability to develop new business.
This role is adecuado for professionals who see themselves as trusted advisors, enjoy building long-term client relationships, and thrive in a consultative sales environment.
Build long-term relationships with senior decision-makers.
Identify hiring opportunities through networking, referrals, and consultative selling.
Collaborate with Antal's international network to support cross-border opportunities.
A strong track record in business development within recruitment or executive search.
The ability to generate their own pipeline and consistently convert opportunities into recruitment projects.




An established professional network or active client portfolio ( highly preferred ).
Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
Advanced English.
