Expectation: Field technicians and tradespeople operate directly at project locations, ensuring our W-2 workforce delivers consistent, standardized results across every unit.

Field Management & Quality Control (Hybrid Execution)

Our Project Managers, Estimators, and Field Superintendents act as the critical bridge between our corporate strategy and our on-site execution.

Focus: Site inspections, quality assurance, team coordination,



and accurate scope reporting.
Expectation: This team operates in a hybrid capacity. Their time is strategically split between conducting on-site property walkthroughs and leveraging remote workspaces to handle logistics, budget management, and client reporting.
