Where You'll Make a Difference
- Support the Market & Consumer Insights team in delivering actionable consumer, market, and category insights for the Consumer Fragrance business.
- Collect, organize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative consumer research data across Fabric & Home Care and other fragrance categories.
- Translate research findings into actionable recommendations that support fragrance innovation,



marketing strategies, and business growth.
- Assist in the design, execution, and management of consumer and market research projects .
- Prepare reports, presentations, and insight summaries for internal stakeholders.
- Monitor consumer trends, category dynamics, and competitive activities to identify opportunities and emerging needs.
- Coordinate with external research agencies, suppliers, and vendors to ensure effective project delivery.
- Maintain research databases, documentation, and records , ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Creation, Evaluation, and Commercial teams to integrate consumer insights into strategic decision-making.

What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Statistics, Market Research, Consumer Science, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Consumer Insights, Market Research, Category Ins
