Role Description The Operations Manager for the wellness center at WELLNESS RECOVERY is a full-time, on-site role based in Playa del Carmen, ROO. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day center operations, including scheduling, facility management, and coordination of client services. The Operations Manager will supervise staff, support hiring and onboarding processes,



and ensure consistent adherence to organizational policies and quality standards. Daily tasks include monitoring operational performance, optimizing workflows, managing budgets and inventory, and preparing reports for leadership. The role also involves maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting client satisfaction initiatives, and collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to enhance the overall client experience.
Qualifications

Experience in operations management, preferably in a wellness, healthcare, or service-oriented environment.
Strong skills in team leadership, staff supervision, and performance management.
Ability to manage scheduling, resource allocation, and facility operations effectively.
Competence in budgeting, basic financial oversight, and reporting.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish language skills are an advantage.
