Customer Success Representative | Mexico (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Customer Success Representative to support customers across Mexico and South America, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the order lifecycle—from order entry to successful delivery.
What you'll do
- Build strong relationships with approximately 20 assigned customer accounts.
- Manage customer orders with high accuracy while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Inventory Planning to ensure on-time fulfillment.
- Provide product information, pricing support and order status updates.
- Resolve customer inquiries, delivery issues and billing-related questions.




- Monitor inventory availability and proactively communicate supply updates.
- Maintain accurate customer and order information within SAP.
- Support the sales team by identifying opportunities and contributing to pipeline generation (no hunting or quota-carrying responsibilities).
- Ensure service excellence while meeting established response-time KPIs.

Success in this role means
- Responding to customer requests within 12 hours.
- Processing and attending customer orders within 24 hours.
- Maintaining 99% data entry accuracy.
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience across every interaction.

What we're looking for
- 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Order Management, Inside Sales Support or Sales Operations within a B2B manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience managing customer orders from receipt through delivery.
- Hands-on experience using SAP ERP (
