Experience supporting multi-country HRIS implementations or deployments . Strong ability to work with regional stakeholders and translate business needs into system configurations. Comfortable working in a global, fast-paced environment . Bilingual skills required (English Advanced C1 & Spanish). Nice to Have Prior experience supporting HRIS systems in LATAM . Knowledge of labor regulations across multiple countries. Experience in sustainment,



post-implementation support, or HRIS migrations . Key Responsibilities To do configuration for UKG e Time / UKG Pro WFM across LATAM. Quickly learn and understand the current e Time configuration deployed across LATAM. Partner with LAC stakeholders to identify pain points in the current configuration. The initial deployment is closer to a migration , but identified issues may be reviewed and addressed. Support continued deployments for remaining LATAM countries. Ensure ongoing support for federal, state/province, and local regulatory changes . Maintain and adjust system configurations in response to policy changes. Interested?
