We are looking for a Talent Solutions Intern supporting the LATAM Software Developer Engineer recruiting team by developing and optimizing AI-powered tools that enhance the sourcing lifecycle — from candidate identification and engagement to pipeline quality and delivery.

Interns at Amazon Mexico work 6hs a day (30hs/week) for 12 months (internship will be conducted between September 2026 and September 2027). Participants will join Amazon as Interns at our CDMX Office in Mexico.

Key job responsibilities
Expanded Duties Blending Sourcing Fundamentals With AI Innovation
- AI Prompt Engineering & Tool Development — Design, test, and refine AI prompts and tools that support sourcing workflows (candidate identification, Boolean logic generation, outreach messaging, candidate assessment/prescreening support)
- Sourcing Process Optimization — Analyze existing sourcing methodologies and identify opportunities to reduce friction (fewer clicks, better UX, streamlined workflows) in tools used for candidate generation, engagement, and pipeline management
- Data Analysis & Funnel Insights — Use candidate funnel metrics, response
